Welcome to the office of Dr. Rory Knapp and his team of professionals! Thank you for selecting us as your personal dental health care team. We know your relationship with us will be a pleasant one. Dr. Knapp and his entire team are committed to providing you with high quality and comprehensive dental care.

At your initial appointment you can expect a comprehensive exam. This includes a medical history review, blood pressure check, complete exam of the teeth and gums, a periodontal assessment, and an oral cancer screening. Dr. Knapp will also prescribe a full mouth series of x-rays to check for bone levels, as well as any dental caries.

You can now download the new patient forms.  Please download both sides, fill out completely and bring with you at the time of your appointment. For our patients with dental benefits, we ask you bring in a $50 retainer payment to establish the account. (This will cover any deductibles or usual and customary co-pays.) For our patients without insurance, we ask for payment at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Due to our high volume of patients, we ask you give us 24-48 hours notice for any reschedules or cancellations to avoid a missed appointment fee. Again, we thank you for becoming a part of our “dental family”. We look forward to meeting you.
