Rory A. Knapp, DDS
Dr. Knapp graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1982. He spent one year at Big Bend Community College before transferring to the University of Washington, graduating from their dental program in 1990. After graduation, Dr. Knapp returned to his home town to begin his dental career, providing generations of smiles to the Moses Lake community.
Away from the office, Dr. Knapp is involved with the Boys & Girls Club and the Rotary Club. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and playing on the lake with his wife, Julie, and two sons, Tyler and Nolan, and daughter, Clara.

Rick – Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
After graduating from the Yakima Valley Community College Dental Hygiene program, Rick passed the Washington State Dental Hygiene Examination and became licensed in 1991. Upon licensing, he was hired by Dr. Knapp and plans to spend his entire career with the team.
“Dr. Knapp lives our core values of commitment, integrity and success in his professional and personal life and that is why I am the only Dental Hygienist from my graduating class who still works for his original employer. I look forward to spending my entire career as part of his team.”
Heidi S.- Scheduling Coordinator
Heidi attended Apollo College and graduated in the Dental Assisting program. She has been a scheduling coordinator for 2 1/2 years in Yakima and has recently moved back to our area and joined our team in October 2008. She enjoys the atmosphere at the dental office.

Heidi W.– Financial Insurance Administrator
Heidi attended Western Oregon State College and Portland State University. She has over 20 years in the industry and has been working in Dr. Knapp’s office since 2000. She is a familiar face to all of the patients.

Dianne – Dental Assistant
Dianne received her training from the Dental Assisting School of America in Seattle, Washington. She began working with Dr. Knapp’s team in 1992, after taking time off to raise her five children

Cathy – Dental Assistant
Cathy completed the Dental Assisting Program while serving in the U.S. Navy. She has more than 28 years of experience in the industry — 11 of which have been with Dr. Knapp’s team.

Christine – Adult Hygiene Assistant
Christine has been a member of Dr. Knapp’s team since 2006. She attended Yakima Community College’s Dental Assisting Program and has 20 years of experience in the industry.

Linda – New Patient Coordinator / Children’s Hygiene & Education
Linda joined Dr. Knapp’s team in 1990. Along with her duties in the office, Linda also acts as a liaison to local schools, teaching dental education classes. With 24 years of continuing education courses in the field, Linda prides herself in staying on top of the industry’s latest technologies and methods.
